Why do I have two IP addresses? Internet connection issues.?

When I check my computer's IP address in cmd it shows it as the 192.0.0.254 whatever number. When I check my IP on the internet it shows as 76.127 number. Why are they different? My boyfriend and I have different computer IP addresses but the internet one is the same. Could this be what's messing up our internet connection?

Ip address is of both Internal and External Ip...Internal Ip is the one which is being shown in your computer...The ip which is shown through your internet is your external Ip...
I usually find External Ip by visiting Ip-Details.com
