Why do I keep having dreams like this?

So,I keep having this dream of the same issue,but not the same EXACT dream.It goes like this:It starts out that I find my "sorta of friend" Catherine,then a bunch of other people from my dream,but I never pay attention to what any of them are except sometimes I realize one of them is my old crush that i stopped liking two months ago.If this helps,I liked him from November to January,but a WHOLE lot before winter break.So,we go on this scary adventure in the woods,but it's only me and Catherine.At one point she's a little far from me when some monster chases me<so I run but I'm going no where.The most recent one,after I was chased and was going no where,I magically appear at Food Maxx naked;and everyone is looking at me wierd'except three mexican guys my age(11 almost 12)were laughing.I didn't know who anyone else was,but Catherine and her bff JoHannah.Normally after I'm chased I find a trailor and I bang on it screaming to get in'but nothing happens.Then'I fall in a hole next to a tree and I'm just falling and falling and falling never ending.Then'I realize i'm sleeping and I lucid dream'and make it to where everyone is at a bus station'except I was with my other"sorta friend" Graciella,and my old crush,Gerardo,flirts with her then taps on her head.Then she rolls her eyes and walks away .Then, he flirts with me,but doesn't tap my head,he hugs me.then I wake up'and think WHAT THE HECK ,because when he hugs me I freak out because I don"t like him anymore.It's hard to believe,but I have this dream EVERYDAY!!!



If this helps,I have to go to therapy because of my low self cnfidence and I cry alot for no reaason and people at school are always mean to me and mess with me.I have no real friends except for one and her name is raven.she my bfffl!!!!!!!So why am I ALWAYS having this dream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
