when i get a call i get cut of because of the reception, it is so annoying as im in the middle of a conversation, and it just cuts out, i cant get reception any where, the house, outside, shopping centres, i,ve tried loads of different areas, my phone is a week old and has been doing it since day 1, its brand new so that cant be the problem, can anyone help
