I tried to somehow google it, but I never got a real answer for it. And there are, like,.. Only questions about dogs twitching and whining in their sleep. But I want to know how it is for humans too. I whine, scream, grit my teeth hard and twitch in my sleep. Can someone please tell me the causes for why all these things appear?
