Why do my search engines redirect me away from my searches?

Every time I use Google or Bing or Yahoo etc I type in my search, but when I click on the link it automatically redirects me to adverts and weight loss products etc. It is so frustrating and I have no idea why or what I can do to fix it. Can anyone help?
