I notice in some Supreme Court cases,
like Brown v. Board of Education for example,
wikipedia says,
"Argued December 9, 1952
Reargued December 8, 1953"
reargued??? Wasn't the 1st time good enough?
Why do they have to argue twice?
and why did they have to wait an entire year to argue again?
