Why do some white ppl think pointing out racism = whining, playing the race card?

Tell me something, white ppl (Americans espescially) if you were standing at a bus stop, and someone ran up to you and punched you in the face so hard you fell to the ground and then that person ran off

and then another person came and asked why you were on the ground, and when you told them they responded by saying:

1) you need to stop acting like a victim
2) stop whining
3) you are playing the victim card

what would your reaction be? When black Americans point out racism , whites who know nothing are the first to say they are playing the race card.

If a black person complains about housing discrimination, white emloyers who refuse to hire them regardless of thier education, police constantly stopping them just because they happen to drive a nice car

we are told we are playing some magical race card, well F1}%^ you!
