why do women complain about being cold more than men do?

David, that may be for some but not the case for me and a coworker. I'm 6'1" 145lbs, slender build. I'll have on a t-shirt and jeans, feeling warm and a female coworker who is somewhat chubby, wearing a sweatshirt, feels chilly.
I wonder if there is more to it than body fat.
 
I believe the body fat makes them feel cold. My wife carries a few extra pounds and where she has fat, her skin feels cold. High blood pressure might cause overheating in some big people. Metabolism or general activity levels may be factors too.
 
Because most have less fat than a guy does, so they get colder.
