He said he was going and a spirit of truth would come to earth, after him.
Muslims say it is a prophesy about Muhammad (SAW). But Christian clergy
interprets it is holy spirit which lives with Christians.

If it is so, why there is so much moral decadence and Godlessness among
Christian West ?

Is holy spirit is tired or you do not give a damn to him ?

Here is the Bible Reference:

John 16:7
New International Version (NIV)
7 But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away,
the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.

In the new version advocate has been replaced by comforter.
Kagos,
I have given a Bible Reference. If you have not read the Bible as most Christians
have not, you can read the quote to see that I have not distorted even a word.

Jesus never stated how many people the Holy Spirit would be sent to.Of course when Christians continue to attend churches that teach a distant and uncaring God who no longer enters their lives to meet their needs in the now,it is unlikely that they will ever develop the passionate love for their Savior that is necessary to trigger the "baptism of the Holy Spirit" which most certainly does influence people's moral conduct in large part because of the tremendous infusion of love the Holy Spirit brings into their minds.
