...filesharing ...? I am using home networking and still learning lots about it. I am aware that sometimes you need to turn off your firewall in order to share your files over your home network, is there any other way that i can just leave the firewall alone and still work with my files? I just want to share my files on my wireless laptop to upstairs computer without having to run upstairs and turn off my firewall. Is there a port no i can put in my firewall to let my personal files go through.. to upstairs... let me know if i am not making any sense thanks for reading this
