Why does every body call the movie four holidays four chirstmas's?

I am just a simple 13 year old boy who lives in new zealand. But you know the movie four holidays that came out in early december. Well why does almost every body call it four christmas's. It really bugs me.
 
Because in America Christmas is referred to as the holidays.. whereas over here in the UK we call vacations holidays and Christmas.. well Christmas.

One day you will leave that place and realise there is a world out there that isn't the same as where you are now.
