Why does everybody hate classical music?

When you actually play classical music on a instument, you get a rush! Why dosent everybody feel that way when they are listening to it. It was the most fashionable and only music to listen to for hunreds of years. You can feel exilrated while listening to clasical music, just like you would with rock or rap music.
