Why does my baby beardie always sleep against the glass/?

Mine sometimes do that as well, i wouldn't worry about it. as long as you have about the right temps in the tank (100-105F ambient in the hot end and 75-80F ish in cool end) he is just doing this because he wants too, maybe he wants more attention ;p
 
Both of mine do that too. I'm not sure why but am interested in the answers you will get.
 
The glass retains the heat. He is heating himself, I'd give him a couple of rocks in there too. Not 'heating' rocks, just get a couple of decently flat rocks from outside.
 
My desert horned lizard used to do the same thing, and he did it because he wanted to cool off, so i had to buy a bulb with less wattage and he stopped sleeping there. Maybe you might want to try this.
