I am diabetic. Most of the time I can easily manage it with diet and exercise. If I do shoot insulin, it is only 2 or 4 units a day. But during PMS I am getting readings in the 400's and can shoot about 40 units (a day) and still be in the 200's.
Is there something I can do about this. I am so dehydrated and so exhausted (physically and emotionally) afterwards. HELP! =(
