why does my broad band internet constantly say troubleshoot?

i am with iinet, and it sais net gear on the front of my broadband. i am not sure if this is why but i unplugged all the cords to stop someone from using it and ever since that every 10 mins it sais troubleshoot and i cant go on the internet. HOW DO I FIX IT.
