Why does my car squeel when I turn left?

Every time I turn left, only going forward, my car squeels.

Any ideas before I spend lots of money at a cut throat? I think maybe my drive shaft...but why only one way?
 
on some newer cars there is a little pice of metal that keeps the brake pads from rattling it some times gets bent when you have new pads put on or when the pads move from wear and over time your wheel berrings get wore and it will make contact with the rotor you need to have a auto service tech. look at it and check the wheel berring and the anti rattle clipsthe anti rattle clips are cheep wheel berring is not cheep
