Why does my car want to stop when i turn my wheel all the way ?

Yesterday i noticed when i was reversing out of my drive way that when i turned my car wanted to stop when i cut the wheel all the way my car wants to stop never happen to me before and i have i never heard about anything like this does anyone know what could be wrong ?
