My dishwasher is brand new but it is leaving my dishes wet. My previous model which was Philips was good until it got too old. I decided to buy Zanussi this time having heard they were very good so I was dissappointed. Everything comes out wet but with my old dishwasher the dishes would always be bone dry. I use the all-in-one tablet which has powder, salt and rinse-aid. If I use any plastic products in the dishwasher eg a microwave anti-splatter lid the "wetness" is worse than ever with droplets of water all over it. I've tried adding salt and rinse aid separately but it doesn't make any difference. All I can do is open the door and leave them to dry in the air. Sometimes if I am in a hurry I just put the dishes away even though not quite dry. What can I do about this or did I just buy a useless dishwasher?
