Why does my guinea pig have a bald spot?

My guinea pig, Hayley. Has a bald spot/patch below her mouth. And is an inch big. It's kind of purplish red.. Something like that. And it's red. And it looks irritated. She eats normal. I can't see flakes, But I'm not sure if they are mites or something. I live in the Philippines, I don't know where to find Exotic Vets here too. Most Vets here are for dogs and cats. She acts sort of normal. She eats, she drinks. She still walks normal. I don't know why she had a bald spot? Where can I find an exotic vet here? And what can I do to treat her bald patch/spot.
