Why Does my Internet Ad Look Sooooo.....Ugly & Blurry?

Pleeeeaaase Help me. I really want my ad to look good. It looks crappy. Can anyone please give me advice on Adverstisement design?
Any REAALLLY cool software to make my life a breeze?

I designed this AD on Paint... It sucks. I know good ads are made with HTML but I'm not that advanced in HTML and its very hard and time consuming. This ad I made with extreme ease on paint but it looks crappy.

I want to know everything. I want to a career in business, advertisement, or marketing... But my imagination is not the problem
Its the software... That ad is one I plan to post on craiglist here in atlanta... but it looks crappy and dull and faded... I want something sharp and crisp and HD if possible!

Yeah as you point out your problem is paint! It would look alot better if you did it using photoshop or a similar more professional package.

On there it is much easier to move content around and place it where you want it, there is also a better selection of fonts.

If you would like i can have a go at doing one for you - i have photoshop and im studying marketing :)
