Often right in the middle of websurfing (or more often just when in a site trying to check stuff out), my connection will stall...meaning my cursor shows that little sands of time waiting thingy and I can't click on anything else. It will usually catch up to itself and everything will be fine again but I usually end up clicking on the "x" to close the screen (which doesn't immediatly work) and I re-open Internet Explorer again and continue with whatever I was doing. Within minutes I get an Interent box asking me if I want to send a error report etc.
Is this a virus? Do I need to do some harddrive clean-up wizard or something?
Please help! I'm not all that savvy with computers so I'm not sure what to do here...any suggestions would be great!
