Why does my internet speed slow down when I turn my wireless Router on?

Whenever I turn my wireless router on, my pc internet speed slows down, however I can pickup the internet off the router fine. What is the problem? I set up my wireless router correctly!

You can reset the modem and Router....

I would suggest the manual tips that helps to increase and maintain Good speed.
>You can reset the modem daily twice
>Use latest Anti virus in all systems
>Enable Firewall.
>Use internet security protection
>Use torrent for Downloading and uploading.
>Don't download too many files at same time
>Restart the pc if the internet get very slow.
