Why does my joints feel like they constantly need to be popped?

I am a healthy young adult but I feel like my joints constantly need to pop when I am at work. I work out every other day and often times I feel an achy pressure in my joints as well.

Why does my joints feel like they constantly need to be popped? Is there anything I can do to prevent this feeling of constant need to pop them?
 
I think i might have the same issue as you. I am trying to research it. idk how to even explain it but my joints feel like they constantly need pressure on it. i end up like smashing my joints to ease the wierd feeling. it only satisfies it for a little bit. I get it in both my thumbs, pointer fingers, and my big toes, and my left ankle.
 
OH MY GOSH

Same. SAME. I'm 16. I'm having the same issue. My thumbs, my middle fingers, my toes and my back/neck. I've cracked my left thumb too much. I think the joint is swollen because it hurts quite a bit. I can't get my back or neck to crack. I really hate this.
 
Did any of you find an answer? I'm 25 and I eat healthy, workout...but I constantly feel like my neck, shoulder, ankle, toes , wrists and fingers . Even when there's no air to pop I feel like I have to try, they almost ache if I don't.
