I am a healthy young adult but I feel like my joints constantly need to pop when I am at work. I work out every other day and often times I feel an achy pressure in my joints as well.
Why does my joints feel like they constantly need to be popped? Is there anything I can do to prevent this feeling of constant need to pop them?
