my pony is a 14.1 quarter horse pony and her back legs sometimes sound like theyre popping and cracking. when it does it, it does it on every single step and its not all that loud. i can only hear it at the walk. ive herad other people say on here that it could be arthritis (on other people's questions) but shes only 7!
ive noticed it for about a year and it has never seemed to affect her. she never acts like it hurts or bothers her. i foxhunt, trailride and event with her. we jump about 3 feet and under in eventing and i usually use protecive boots when i jump.
what could it be? should i worry about it or just ignore it?

are you sure its her legs popping and not just her feet clipping? well if you are, when you take her to the vet to get her coggins each year , ask their opinion, just general conversation shouldnt cost ya a thing.... your shoer may also be a better judge of this!
