Why does my Rogers Digital box keep doing this?

I've had my Rogers Digital box for approx. 2 years now. Every so often when I turn it on it stays on for maybe 20 seconds and then turns off. I can't get it to turn back on again. I unplug it, but then when I plug it in it does the same thing again. I thought maybe it was overheating but it does this when it's cool too. Then randomly it will just start working. Doesn't seem to be any loose connections. Anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to fix it. Also there doesn't seem to be any reset button on it.
