i often set reminders on my phone's calendar as i am oh so forgetful, but i've had my sony ericsson xperia x8 (model E15i) for about 2 months and the reminder notices are doing my head in! Say i set a reminder for 1pm, with a 15min notice period, it will go off at 12.45pm, then at 1pm (fine so far), then about 10-15 times randomly after that for the rest of the day, sometimes for the following 2 or 3 days, each time buzzing away (i always have my phone on silent w/vibrate). I cannot seem to "clear" the reminder so that I can say, "yes I have seen you, thank you for reminding me, now be quiet", without completely deleting the whole entry. I don't always want to delete old reminders as I need to sometimes refer back to them, e.g. when I need to know when I last had my doctor's appointment, but I can't seem to "quieten" my reminders without fully deleting them!!
Anyone have any ideas how to sort this out?
