Why does my webcam only work with msn but not with aim?

Alright i got a new webcam a couple days ago off ebay.. and it only works on msn and facebook.... i tried on aim but it doesnt work there... does anyone know why?

i dont think u can use a webcam for AIM i tried too and it didnt work so idk!!!

ok maybe try went u r talk to some one go to the button on the bottom that says video i think u can send a webcam invite so then it will work..... it might work idk srry just giving u ideas
