Why does Papaya Farm not work and crash using iOS 4 for iPhone?

I have been playing papaya farm since October and having lots of fun, but since I upgraded to the new iPhone OS, iOS 4, I haven't been able to load Papaya Farm. It just goes to the first gray screen and tries to load, then crashes after a few seconds. I know Papaya Farm is no longer available in the app store. Could this be why I can't play it now with the new OS?

Help! I miss my little papaya farm!
 
Same think happed to me... I believe that if you really want to play on the phone you need to jailbreak it. I'm playing now on facebook but it not nearly the same and ranch is not available and there are no stones at all. I look ed online and papaya mobile just secured 4 million in funding so maybe they'll be back in the app store soon.
