Then last night when I clicked on "Computer", the DVD/CD-rom drive icon WAS there, so I popped in a DVD and it worked just fine. But then today, I wanted to burn a CD and it wasn't working again. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Suggestions? It's just weird that it didn't work for all those weeks, and then randomly out of no where it works for 1 day, and it goes right back to not working. So I need help.
