I mean Israel is a country that can certainly deal with trouble and then some. half a million Arabs want its destruction but still to
this day Israel has them under lock and key firmly as they deserve and survived. Bravo to them.
My question is why does Britain act so weak and willy nilly and ***** foot around when dealing with troublemakers in Northern Ireland?
For one why doesnt Britain do much harsher methods like tear gas, rubber bullets, unlawful detentions of catholic residents?
Or better still use the RAF (like Israel has used its fearsome airforce) to pummel into dust Catholic areas on Northern Ireland and even the Republic of Ireland too, perhaps do a few airstrikes on Dublin and let them know the price of supporting the IRA?
I mean Israel has armed its settlers on the land they have captured fair and square. Why doesnt Britain too arm its Protestant residents in Northen Ireland and allow them to build a small army and let them deal with the Catholic trouble makers in their own way?
I mean why does Britain use such kid gloves when dealing with trouble like this? I mean what problem would it cause them to extend the war into South (Republic) Ireland and invade them like Israel invaded Lebanon in 1982 to destroy the PLO?
Otherwise it seems to me that they will never get the message that Northern Ireland is a Royal Protestant state part of the UK, and this troubles will keep on going on and on each year. Because Britain is powerful and im sure no one will say anything to them if they did all this?
