why doesn't my alarm work on my lg pop?

it use to work but all of a sudden it does not work.iv always had it on silent with sound alert on,vibrating alert on,ring tone no sound. and my alarm on usual time, the correct days, and a ring tone with snooze 5 minutes interval. i have that now as well but the alarm does not go off in the morning. it does not even vibrate. why is this?

On your profile setting (i.e Normal, Silent, Outdoor etc) you need to have the 'volume' option set at anything but zero. This doesn't affect ring tone volume- so if you have it set to vibrate, there won't be any ring tone with it.

I had the same problem .
