why doesnt my voyager recognize my memory card?

I recently got a phone replacement, and my card will not work.
whenever I try to take a picture with my phone, a little box with a question mark inside shows up, that always happens because it's being saved to it's internal memory, not the card ( external)
so any reasons or ways I could get this fixed without buying a new card?

I think you need to recalibrate the warp field.
