PLEASE NO SPOILERS AS I HAVE NOT READ THE MANGA SINCE THE EDOLAS ARC! (Although I am up to date with the anime).
Why did the Fairy Tail animators leave blood out, yet leave in some nudity? If it was a censorship reason or something to do with child audiences then shouldn't they have taken out the nudity as well?
This has probably been stated before, but when a character in this anime lands an attack on another one, sometimes it can seem like they didn't even land the hit, a prime example of this being Erza and her wood-like swords.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not some blood fanatic who thinks that guts and intestines have to be flying around, but I believe that a bit of violence adds to the seriousness of the anime (I think the amount of violence in Naruto or Bleach would be appropriate). What is your views on this?
