Why don't employees talk to me when I walk into their store?

This happens often. Today, I went into BestBuy. I went to look at laptops and, even though I didn't really need any help, no one came to ask me if I did but every other customer around me they went up to asking if they needed any help, sometimes even immediately as they got around the laptops. I was there for like 30 mins. but didn't end up making a decision. So I walk past employees and they walk right past me and ask if someone right next to me needed any help. I feel kind of insulted. I made sure that I wasn't frowning and I don't think I'm that ugly. Then as I leave the person ahead of me gets a "Have a great day!" by the greeter and then I walk by and he looks down. I even looked at him because I was going to say like "Have a good one!" but he didn't even acknowledge me. I don't understand. This had nothing to do with racism because well there were black, white, asian, and mexican people getting helped. I'm so confused! This isn't the only time this has happened to me.
