Why dos my BitTorrent not work any more, low kB/s?

After 5 minutes, the kB/s drops from 100kB/s to 1kB/s. Why?
I've checked all the settings and stuff, is it possible that the french gouvernment have 'choked' my internet connection?
 
Very possible.
There is actually no legal use for a torrent.
Anything downloaded from a torrent can either be purchased or else is not legally available for download at all. The only use for a torrent is theft
 
its always best to seed the torrent after your download has completed, wait till ETA reaches zero....limewire/frostwire will eventually disconnect you if you dont share [seed] your downloads cuz you noted as a leecher
