I work at a clothing store and see the stuff they started to sell towards 10 years old that loooks crazy too! I personally don't wear short stuff that I don't feel comfortable picking up my dropped items in! The problem is that parents are allowing kids to buy whatever they choose, and with demand comes supply. I don't even owned a pair of ripped jeans just because I am against it.
