I have a cocker spaniel who has just turned 1. He is completely toilet trained and doesn't wee or poo in the house at all. I brought him a new wicker basket bed yesterday with a big comfy pillow in it. I went home this lunch time and noticed he had weed on the bed and was obviously lying in it as he was all wet himself.
I have had a look on the internet and alot of people are saying it may be a dominance thing however we don't have any other dogs in the house just 1 male cat...
What should I do?? I have washed it to try and put some of the scents he knows on it. Any other suggestions as to why he did it and how to stop him doing it again?
