I bought an LG Env3 in the middle of november of 2009. I experienced it turning off, and the screen going white throughout this period of time that I have had it. I took it to Verizon about a month ago and told them about my problem, and they updated my software. But now, When I press any button, like "Ok" to unlock the front, it goes white and shuts down. It does it repeatedly. After it shuts down and I start it back up, it lets me type in my code. Then when I try to reply to a message, I get maybe 4 letters into it before the screen goes white and shuts down again. I took my battery out once, and put it back in. When I turned it on, a message popped up and said "Use Genuine Battery
Power Off
-10-
and it counted down. I shut it off and turned it back on, and then had the problem with it turning white and shutting off again. Could it be my battery? Or is it something in my phone? I've read where some say the battery is near the end of its life. What can I do to fix it?
