That's not a bad thing. I don't see it as a bribe. Sure, it'd be at the expense of Maureen's concert (I'm sure she'll be pissed as hell) but I'd take it. Free rent? IN NEW YORK? And you turn it down? Are you CRAZY?!? Hell, I'd take Benny up on his offer.
