Why is alot of people touring the uk, europe, and south america instead of the us? Like Justin Bieber is going back on tour arounf december and is touring south america same with Nick Jonas, and joe Jonas (is on the Britney tour) and their going to europe, and Miley Cyrus just got done touring the uk and austraila last month. Whats up why aren't they touring the us?
