...Africa and the Middle East? Not only that is offensive (especially for those living in the Middle East), but it's also ignorant and stereotypical. It baffles me how no one brings up Europe, when most of it is quite poor. Seriously, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Serbia, Croatia, Russia (I know a person from there that can't afford a DVD because he's too poor), Macedonia and Yugoslavia don't have any higher economies/GDP than the Middle Eastern countries, and most of the people there live in slum-like homes. I know, because of its rich history and civilization, people may oversee the fact that it's very poor, just like on the par the Middle East and Africa. Kuwait and Emirates are richer than some of the European countries combined, and they're in Middle East. Equatorial Guinea in Africa also has a very high GDP.
