Why is my blackberry not letting me download apps?

I've only had my blackberry for 5 or so months, and its a curve 9360. It recently stopped letting me download anything, and i can't even update it.
 
Hey I'm sonny I've got that same problem with my bb 9320 it stars to lag out and say sorry but the server is curnetly unavalible and my twitter and FB aint working...
You could call blackberry.com-n paris or the one in the uk BTW (PARIS ONE THEY TALK ENGLIGH Here's there No:0844 887 4666.uk
