Internet pages take at least 10 minutes to load- if they load at all. Youtube videos? Forget it. My connection is perfectly fine, according to the little icon that says I have full bars. The other computer we have hooked up to the same router is at top speed. But my Dell Inspiron 1525 with Windows Vista will not load a page. Sometimes I get the 'Address Cannot be Found' error, and sometimes I get the 'Network connection reset' error. This is a brand new laptop that I really do not want to have to take back. I use CCleaner often. The laptop came with Trend-Micro PC-cillin but I uninstalled it for a stupid reason. Now I can't even reinstall that or the one I wanted to use (avast!). Downloads don't finish, videos don't load, pages in general won't load. I've tried everything I could think of and even researched using another computer but I can't seem to fix it! Please help!
