Use mozilla as it is stable and also safest.Your internet is slow due to multi tasking that you have given to your PC. If you download a torrent do not stream any website.. Ur RAM is not sufficient to support 40 processes. I suggest you to keep winamp closed and run  minimum applications. The downloading from a torrent also depends on the seeds you have. Check the no. of seeds that you have for the program you are downloading in the torrent. The more the seeds, the better is the download speed. Hope that helps</blockquote>
