I have a 1994 M reg citroen ax 1.1i, which i recently purchased for a bargain price, knowing there would be some things that needed sorting. When I drive off a raised kerb with my passenger side front wheel, there is a huge bang, not when the wheel hits the floor but as the car goes off the kerb, as though the spring is firing the wheel downwards. I wondered if it could be the dampers... Anyone have any ideas?
