I have the Palm Lifedrive. Over time, the digitizer started responding less and less until it didn't work at all. I bought a new one, and I had it installed into my Lifedrive. Even though the digitizer was new, it didn't work. I got the old digitizer put back in, and it still didn't work. Everything else works. I can hear sounds from the system, I can navigate through stuff with the 5-way navigator, etc. The touch part of the screen does not work at all. Both the new one and old one don't work. How can I fix this without sending it to Palm. Their fees are worth more than the device. Just to call their phone support, it's 25 dollars.
