It was a nice phone until it got an over-the-air update from Verizon, which messed up the bluetooth. After a bunch of calls and emails with HTC and Verizon support, they admitted that they knew the bluetooth was not working because of the update, but that they didn't know if or when they would ever fix it.</blockquote>
