I work in a video store where we have several copies Rush Hour 3. Many people rent it, bring it back, and tell me it doesn't work, so I send them home with another copy of the same movie. They bring it back again, only minutes later and say the second copy did the same thing. So I tried it in the DVD Player at work... and this is what happens: I insert a flawless Rush Hour 3 dvd. Blue screen says Loading.... then the loading icon goes away. now just a blank blue screen..... a minute later, I mess with the buttons a bit, (pause, stop, play etc.) a blank pink screen pops up... mess with the buttons a bit more... nothing. I try to eject the movie, and nothing happens. finally after 2 or 3 minutes, the dvd player shuts down by itself. I've only tried 2 different copies in the same DVD player. So Im not sure if they are ALL like that. This has happened with other dvd's in the store as well. What's wrong? How can we prevent it in the future?
