Why isn't working the wireless internet on my android phone but it works on PC?

On my PC works only with 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 DNS settings, but it doesn't fix the problem on my phone. Why? Few days ago it worked, until I disconnected and reconnected on the network.
