Why my internet don't get online ?

Hi. The problem is that my internet don't turn on all the light of my modem. My modem is the SB5100. It only turn on the "POWER" light and the "RECEIVE" light. What should i do to make that my ineternet turn on all the lights. The other two light are of "SEND" and "ONLINE". I want that all the lights turn on. I'm from Puerto Rico.

I got a few steps that may help:

1) Reset the modem and wait for about 20 seconds (this usually doesnt work)

2) Reconnect all the wires

3) Make sure all the wires are connected in the right place.

4) If none of this works then call your internet service provider to send some guy in to fix the problem

I recommend number 4 because usually when you subscribe to a internet service. They should send someone in to help you actually connect to the internet. Its no use subscribing if it doesnt work.
